Whether you believe in their metaphysical healing powers, are a hobby geologist or just want something neat to do this weekend, the Vancouver Gem & Mineral Show (August 14th-16th) will showcase sparkling offerings of every kind. Check out local designer Natasha Marie Lowe‘s strings of mala prayer beads and crystal necklaces, which can be tailored to include gemstones with healing properties (dream-clarifying jade, empowering malachite), as well as unbelievable rainbow-bright opals from the Opal Trove and lime-green emeralds from Emerald Cowboy.
