We know, we know. Common sense says cubes only serve to dilute the flavour of bubbly but, in this elixir’s case, the taste is so sweet, a little bit of the frozen stuff actually mellows it into the perfect poolside drink. Add peppers and rosemary or strain through Earl Gray tea leaves for a fab infusion. Or, in lieu of desert, try browning some pineapple slices and adding them to your glass.
