Native Tongues Taqueria Makes the Best Mexican Food From Scratch

September 25, 2015

native tonguesLooking for the best tacos in the city?

Tucked into the Beltline, newly opened Native Tongues Taqueria serves up authentic Mexican cuisine, made using traditional methods. Don’t believe us? The corn tortillas, for starters, are made by hand from scratch (right down to the grinding of the corn, no less) and filled with yummy things like grilled octopus, refried beans and braised beef tongue.

Oh, and this ain’t the place to go easy on the sauce; from peanut and chili salsa to sikil pak (pumpkin-seed dip), pile it on and thank us later. —Sara Samson
