Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
½ English cucumber (diced)
4 green onions (diced)
¼ cup parsley (chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except avocado together in a large mixing bowl. Toss with a spatula. Divide into bowls and top with avocado when ready to serve. Enjoy!
