The Drake Connection: Fring’s

January 6, 2016

Fring’s, one of the buzziest restaurant openings as of late somehow was orchestrated under the radar.

As a collaboration between famed chef Susur Lee and king of The Six, Drake, the restaurant is already a hot destination on the busy King Street West stretch. The menu is an eclectic mix of tapas-like dishes to please different tastes: from fresh oysters to southern spiced fried chicken, salmon crudo and the classic kale Caesar salad. The place is a relaxed spot to catch up with friends and take in live music (from jazz to R&B) and Toronto-centric art work.
