Some things may be slowing down in Edmonton but our restaurant scene sure isn’t!
We have another opening to report: this time the guys of Local Omnivore food truck fame. No longer able to contain their popularity on wheels, the pair have opened a bricks and mortar location in Holland Plaza. All those menu staples we love, like super smoked bacon and greens, egg, no ham remain on the menu but are now accompanied by a few new items like delicious house-made sausages with a healthy smattering of mustard and sautéed onions.
Now that’s what we call a moveable feast. —Amy Dillon
