This new bakery-cafe-restaurant hybrid is everything we hoped for when we heard Teatro Group (the people behind faves like Cucina and Vendome) was opening a bakery in Eau Claire. The space is beautiful and bright, the staff are super-friendly and the lunch and dinner offerings, which are largely focused on Italian favourites, are ah-mazing. And did we mention the pastries? You might find yourself staring (or ogling) the pastry counter for an inappropriate length of time trying to decide between the blueberry cream puffs, the chocolate tarts or the red velvet cake macarons.
