This massive, new restaurant is bringing international flavours to downtown Calgary.
The menu here is inspired by local street food from carts and stalls from cities around the world, which means it’s diverse and delicious. Dishes range from crispy fish tacos served with battered cod and pico de gallo to a Nashville hot sandy—fried chicken tossed in hot sauce. Another sure bet? The Ramen Burger, a brisket patty served on a ramen noodle bun.
And while you’ll come for the food, you’ll stay for the drinks. The drink menu is packed with diverse options like Singha beer from Thailand and internationally inspired cocktails like Brazil’s Caipirinha—cachaca, lime juice and simple syrup. —Sara Samson
