Swan’s Gift
0.50oz/ 15ml Vodka (omit if wanting lower ABV)
0.50oz/ 15ml Spiced maple syrup*
0.50oz/ 15ml Lemon juice
Top with Swan Dive Hibiscus Rooibos sparkling hard tea
Combine all ingredients except Swan Divw into a cocktail shaker and shake briefly (5 seconds). Pour base into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with Swan Dive Hibiscus Rooibos sparkling hard tea. Garnish with lemon twist and toasted cinnamon stick
Spiced Maple Syrup
250ml water
125ml maple syrup
5 green cardamon pods (feeling smoky? Try black cardamon)
5 allspice berries
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick (2-3 inches)
Gentilly crack green cardamon pods open. In a small saucepot, toast cardamon pods, star anise, allspice and cinnamon stick until fragrant. Carefully add water and bring to a simmer, allow to reduce by half. Turn off heat, remove spices. Add maple syrup, stir to dissolve. Allow to cool and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Makes 10-12 cocktails.
