3 Baked Brie Recipes For Your New Year’s Eve Party

Baked Brie is a classic and elegant appetizer that never fails to impress. Here are a couple of delicious baked Brie recipes for your New Year’s Eve celebration:

1. Baked Brie with Cranberry and Pecans:

Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or in a Brie baker.
  3. Score the top rind of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern with a knife.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the Brie is soft and gooey.

  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Sliced apples or crusty bread for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or in a Brie baker.
  3. Score the top rind of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern with a knife.
  4. Spread fig preserves over the top of the Brie.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the fig preserves.

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced baguette or crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they become soft and golden brown.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and chopped rosemary. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the onions are caramelized. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the Brie wheel on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or in a Brie baker.
  5. Score the top rind of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern with a knife.
  6. Spoon the caramelized onion mixture over the top of the Brie.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
