It’s Valentine’s Day, and hearts abound—even at breakfast!
This February 14, we’re whipping up easy-to-make fluffy and delicious heart-shaped pancakes with the help of Canadian modern-farm brand Sixteen Grains, whose pre-made pancake mix includes farm-fresh ingredients and comes in convenient packaging that’s easy to take with you wherever you go: camping trips, romantic weekend getaways or cozy breakfasts in bed. YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 eggs or egg replacement
- 2 cups milk or plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp oil or melted butter

TO PREPARE:
- Mix together liquid ingredients.
- Add Sixteen Grains Mix. Stir or Whisk to combine. Add a splash of milk if needed.
- Add 1/2 cup of batter to a hot oiled pan
- Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles appear on top and begin to pop.
- Serve with strawberries and pink and red sprinkles this Valentine’s day!
