Let Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse Take Over The Cooking This Father’s Day (Win!)

The feature menu includes two platter options and an ultimate burger creation.

• Texas Trinity Platter $28 per person: The best of BBQ, one pound of Barbacoa beef, a full rack of ribs, and 3/4lb of 4AM Brisket matched up with amazing sides like smoked mac’n’cheese, Westcoast slaw and Vancouver’s best cornbread (available for 4 ppl or more).
• The Whole Brisket Meal (serves 8-10ppl) $250 pre order only: For the first time Rosie’s can offer dinner with a 5-7 lb whole 4AM Brisket along with two loaves of cornbread, a tray of smoked mac’n’cheese, Westcoast coleslaw, Kool-Aid pickles and BBQ Roasted potatoes
• The Dad Burger $19: In house-ground burger, smoked and seared, with Texas Burger sauce, pickles and onions, topped off with a slab of 4AM Brisket.

On Saturday, June 15 Rosie’s BBQ will be at Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby and on Father’s Day Sunday, June 16. Rosie’s Parkside Brewery in Port Moody and at Batch Vancouver in Plaza of Nations. Stop in to pick up the family feast or just to drop by to enjoy the best BBQ in the Lower Mainland on their sunny patios.

Father’s Day platters are available by pre-order only and orders must be placed by 5pm the day before by for next day pickup. Rosie’s new a la carte BBQ menu will also be served all weekend long until it sells out, and pre-orders are strongly recommended as Father’s Day weekend always sells out.
