Dress To Impress: What The Best Salads Are Wearing For Summer 2024 (Win!)

Plus, a short ingredient list, often enhanced by other Maison Orphée products (organic apple cider vinegar as a preservative, Dijon mustard) help to meet sodium and sugar reduction targets.

“In looking to improve our dressings lineup to truly impress consumers, we wanted to ensure we had a collection that stood above other options,” says Élisabeth Bélanger, president of Maison Orphée. “Utilizing oleic sunflower oil as the first ingredient was the impetus around the entire lineup.” The key, she adds, was the ideal blend of ingredients to create the perfect emulsion, better than what one could create themselves at home.

Walking the runway this season: fan-favourites Caesar, Greek and Olive & Balsamic, which have been updated to reduce acidity and to amplify aromatic notes, while Sesame & Tamari and Maple & Dijon keep their original, mouth-watering recipes. New to the collection is Garden Passion, a perfect collab of green goddess and ranch flavourings. All are vegan, and, besides being delicious salad dressings, all are superstar marinades as well, adding depth of flavour to beef, chicken, pork and plant-based proteins.
