Hair thinning is one of those things most people only notice once it’s already underway – so it’s great to see more honest, early conversations about it. Subtle changes like density loss and scalp visibility really do deserve attention before they become harder to manage. If anyone’s also thinking about overall confidence and grooming as part of that journey, I’d add that a solid haircut and scalp care routine can make a noticeable difference in how hair looks and feels day to day. For those in NYC, I’ve had good experiences keeping things sharp and well-maintained at premium sometimes the right cut alone helps hair look fuller while you figure out longer-term solutions.
