A Feast Under The Peaks: Wild Blue’s Long Table Dinner Series Returns To Whistler This Summer

Get ready for an unforgettable culinary celebration in the heart of the mountains—Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar’s Long Table Dinner Series is back for its third spectacular year, and it’s shaping up to be the highlight of Whistler’s summer dining calendar.

On Sunday, July 20 and Sunday, August 10, food lovers will gather at The Range at Whistler Golf Club for an al fresco dining experience like no other. Just steps from the acclaimed Wild Blue Restaurant, this exclusive outdoor event invites guests to sip, savour, and connect under the open sky—against a breathtaking backdrop of alpine peaks and lush fairways.

Helmed by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig, the evening will showcase a four-course family-style menu spotlighting the best of British Columbia’s land and sea. Think fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold, thoughtful flavours—all elevated by a handpicked lineup of premium wine pairings from Wild Blue’s esteemed winery partners.

Hosted by the ever-charming Neil Henderson, Wild Blue’s Restaurant Director and Partner, the Long Table Dinner Series promises more than just fine food and drink. It’s a celebration of togetherness, local bounty, and summer in its purest form—with each course served under the golden light of a Whistler sunset.

To top it all off, Wild Blue is once again giving back. A portion of event proceeds will support the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, continuing the restaurant’s commitment to community and sustainability.
