Heights & Hikes Highball (aka Post-Hike Highball)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz BEARFACE Wild Air
- 0.5 oz Rooibos tea syrup (equal parts strong tea + sugar)
- 0.5 oz Peach syrup (equal parts unsweetened peach juice + sugar)
- Wedge of lemon, squeezed
- 1.5 oz soda water or sparkling mineral water
- Ice
- Optional garnish: dried Ginestra flower or a foraged herb
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish as desired and enjoy the taste of the wild.
